QVINTA energy was established in 1986 and incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland in 1988; elected S-Corporation-MD status 1989. In 1993 QVINTA gained entry in the U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a) Program. Where we it remained until 2002. During this time we received our Certification as a Small Disadvantage Business (SDB) under the U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a) Program in 1998. 

QVINTA was initially formed as a Research and Development company which provide Information Technology (IT) related services for its customers. After a short time the company applied and received its license for Construction, Home Improvement and General Contracting and proceeded to establish itself in these areas.

QVINTA underwent one more metamorphosis which remains to this day; Qvinta Incorporated became an Energy Procurement and Energy Management Company. We are currently licensed by the State of Maryland to buy and sell Electricity and Natural Gas.

QVINTA has more than 10 years experience in the energy industry. We are a Minority, Veteran Owed, and Small Disadvantaged Business that is Hub zone certified.

Our energy market expertise includes retail electric and natural gas procurement and management of these services.Our clients are Federal, State and local commercial agencies.
